How does insurance work?
Every move includes basic transit insurance covering damage, loss, theft. Premium 'declared value' insurance is available for high-value goods.
Can I track my move?
Yes — our trucks are GPS-tracked. Customer support shares live location updates on demand.
Do you handle fragile items like glass and electronics?
Yes, with specialty packing materials (bubble wrap, foam, multi-layer boxes). Fragile items are clearly marked and handled by trained crew.
What if my move-date changes?
Free rescheduling up to 48 hours before move-day. After that, a small rescheduling fee applies.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before move-day. Within 72 hours, a 10-15% advance retention applies.
Is GST included in the quote?
Yes — all quotes are inclusive of 5% GST (or applicable rate). GST-compliant invoice provided post-move.
